As I’m typing this, I’m waiting to board my plane for the Philippines.
I apologize for the lack of new recipes lately as I’ve been super busy getting stuff down for my trip. You see, it’s a Filipino custom to buy gifts for everyone in the family. But not only that, I was also pre-occupied planning for the vegan potluck-my first time ever to hold it in the Philippines!
As usual, the best vegan dish at the potluck wins an award. Here’s what I came up with. What do you think? I put it together myself 🙂
